Q. When do preorders close?
A. Preorders for items will close August 13th.
Q. When will my order be shipped?
A. I plan to ship orders in early to mid September. Please check my website and socials for any updates.
Q. Do you ship worldwide?
A. Yes*!
This is dependent on if I can print a shipping label to you. *I cannot ship to North Korea, Iran, Ukraine, Cuba, Syria, Russia, Belarus, or Afghanistan due to shipping restrictions. If I am unable to recieve a shipping label, your order will be refunded.
Q. Is your home pet-free?
A. No. I own a cat and a dog, but they will not come in contact with any products.
Q. I no longer want my preorder, can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, no. All sales are final, as a portion of the proceeds go to production and shipping costs.
Once orders are shipped, I am not liable for any damange that happens during shipping, handling, or delivery. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact me and we can work on a resolution, depending on what's in stock.
